28% of the land has been acquired for the construction of a 10-storey mixed-use building. The 1st and 2nd floors will feature a multi-departmental healthcare clinic, while the upper floors will be developed as residential apartments.
PROJECT 2 – SAMADNAGAR (JATRABARI), DHAKA
10.5% of the land has been purchased for a 10-storey modern facility. The lower floors will accommodate a state-of-the-art diagnostic center and a modern pharmacy, while the upper floors will be developed for residential purposes.
PROJECT 3 – BARISHAL
20% of the land has been acquired along the highway for the construction of a highway restaurant and gas station, designed to serve both local travelers and logistics operations.
